At MEROVES.com, returns need to be resolved through mutual negotiation. We will protect the rights of our customers. If you are 100% dissatisfied, please contact us within 14 days after receiving the item. After this period, you need to negotiate with our customer servicer to determine whether to return or exchange the item.
If the delivery fails due to customer problems after arriving in the local area, please contact us in time to solve the problem, otherwise the problem cannot be handled.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 14 days of receiving.
Contact to our customer servicer asap if you come across any of the above situations.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
Items under the following categories: On Sale, Swimwear, Underwear are not covered by the warranty.
Notice: Slight color difference should be acceptable due to the light and screen.
- Contact Us and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimwear, underwear on sale
Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. MEROVES cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to meroves.com. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.

All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
